The Gold Bond Group terminal under customs control is located in Ashdod, near the port. Activity there is under supervision of the Ministry and subject to the Customs Ordinance [New Version], 5731/1971.

Activity at the terminal includes transporting containers from Ashdod Port and Haifa Port directly to the terminal both by means of the rail spur located inside the terminal and by means of the company’s trucks, which operate day and night.

Containers are stored under customs supervision until such time as the client clears them and advanced logistical solutions are supplied for all the client’s requirements.

Activity at the terminal includes security checks in coordination with the security personnel at customs and at the ports, transport to the scanner or examination of the container at the terminal, weighing, and other services.

The terminal is set up to store thousands of containers of all kinds, including hazardous materials, refrigerated containers with access to electricity, and non-standard containers.

The company has tens of forklifts for moving the containers, and dedicated RTG cranes that are the world’s most advanced in their category.
